6-person office in Middleburg, VA seeks a Project Architect/Design Associate. Looking to join an energetic, growing firm recognized for white glove service? Are you a skilled team leader who can contribute to all aspects of residential architect, helping deepen its reputation for exceptional design? At Clites Architects, we believe architecture is an intense, personal collaboration between owners, architects, contractors, and the entire design team. We are interested in architects that are creative, technically proficient, confident collaborators, and self-motivated. 

• This is a leadership role for an architect with significant experience in, and passion for, single family residential architecture.
• Ability to lead both projects and people, while promoting our mission and living our core values.
• Experience in all phases from Pre-Design through Construction Administration.
• ArchiCAD experience a plus.
• Registered or ability to become registered.
• Hand sketching, rendering, model making all encouraged in our studio.
