Business Development Coordinator

Adjaye Associates is looking for a Business Development Coordinator for our New York office. The ideal detail-oriented candidate for this administrative position will manage our business development activities and support our leadership efforts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate NY studio business development efforts including RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, etc.
- Lead post-occupancy evaluation case studies for institutional database and marketing material
- Support NY leadership’s strategic communications and business development efforts
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
- (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, excellence with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
- (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong organizational abilities
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5 years professional experience in a marketing or business development role within the Architectural industry
